Private-use terms

AMA Hermes is an owner-operated business assistant. No public account service, paid subscription or access to other visitors' Google accounts is offered through this website.

Authorization and permitted actions

Each workflow must follow the owner's current instructions, applicable approvals, configured budgets and stop controls. Technical access through an API or OAuth grant does not by itself authorize a business action. Outbound correspondence, marketplace changes and purchases remain subject to their respective owner permissions.

Reports and decisions

Generated translations, summaries and recommendations require appropriate source checks before they are used for business decisions. A generated report does not itself create a supplier agreement, establish payment, issue a document or publish a marketplace change.

Account control

The owner controls Google authorization and can revoke it. Revocation can interrupt integrations and scheduled workflows. Retained business documents and operational records require separate handling as described in the privacy policy.

Contact

Contact the operator using the support address displayed on the Google authorization screen. These terms describe this private integration; they do not modify Google's, Cloudflare's or other providers' terms.
