AMA Hermes

AMA Hermes is an owner-operated assistant for AMA Comércio's business workflows in Brazil. It helps its operator review business correspondence, reconcile documents and receive scheduled reports.

How the Gmail integration is used

With the account owner's Google authorization, Hermes can read relevant business messages and attachments, check sent-mail records and send correspondence that the owner has authorized. Examples include supplier follow-up, invoice-document reconciliation and verification that an approved message was sent.

The integration requests gmail.readonly and gmail.send. The Google grant permits mailbox-wide reading and sending; the workflow restricts use to the business tasks authorized by the owner. It does not request permission to modify or delete Gmail messages, or access Google Drive or Calendar.

This is a private integration for its operator. This website offers no public account registration and does not itself connect visitors' mailboxes.

Owner control

The owner can stop workflows and revoke the Google grant. An OAuth permission does not independently approve purchases, supplier commitments, marketplace changes or messages outside the owner's instructions.
